MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax-AVN) - India will not pay for the delivery of Russia's S-400 air defense missile systems in dollars, Rosoboronexport head Alexander Mikheyev told Interfax on Tuesday.
"No, we have shifted to payments in national currencies: the Indian rupee and the ruble," Mikheyev said in response to the question whether payments would be made in dollars.
"We are considering the involvement of Russian and Indian banks," he said.
