Kyiv to view Moscow's recognition of self-proclaimed Donbas republics as withdrawal from Minsk Agreements - Ukrainian FM

KYIV. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Kyiv will view Moscow's recognition of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics (the DPR and the LPR) as Russia's de jure and de facto withdrawal from the Minsk Agreements, with the relevant consequences, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.

"Speaking of the possible recognition of the so-called LPR/DPR by the Russian State Duma, let me remind you of the unwavering stance of Ukraine: should this decision be made, Russia will quit the Minsk Agreements both de facto and de jure with relevant consequences. We have warned our partners about this stance," Kuleba said at a virtual press briefing on Tuesday.
