KYIV. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Ukraine will believe that de-escalation is really happening when it sees Russian troops being withdrawn from its border, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said.
"Russia keeps making statements of various kinds, so we have a rule: we believe it when we see it, not when we hear about it. We will believe de-escalation when we see their withdrawal," Kuleba said at a press briefing on Tuesday.
The Russian Defense Ministry said earlier that units of the Russian Western and Southern Military Districts were preparing to leave the exercise area by train and by truck.
