MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - A resolution on the State Duma's call for the recognition of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics (the DPR and the LPR) will be signed immediately and submitted to the Russian president, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said.
"A resolution on the State Duma's call on the Russian president for the recognition of the DPR and the LPR has passed by a majority of votes. The resolution will be signed immediately and directed to the head of state," Volodin said at a Duma plenary meeting on Tuesday.
