MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Russia will continue its dialogue with the United States and NATO on security guarantees, and there is a chance to work out quite a good package of understandings as a result, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"We will continue our dialogue and will continue to clarify the West's positions in order to understand to what extent NATO members are able to reach agreements in terms of abiding by its indivisible security principles, and, of course, we will hold expert consultations to reconcile approaches on specific issues, ranging from intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles to military risks reduction," Lavrov said at a press conference after talks with Polish Foreign Minister and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Zbigniew Rau on Tuesday.
"Thanks to all of these efforts as a whole, quite a decent package of issues could be worked out," he said.
