MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Russia will soon publish its response to the U.S. and NATO comments on its security guarantee proposals, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday.
"Speaking of publishing it, it would be necessary to meet certain protocol and technical requirements. It will be published soon," Lavrov said at a press conference in Moscow.
"Of course, we will publish this document, we have nothing to be ashamed of," he said.
