MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Russia will not take part in the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) consultations on the Vienna Document requested by Kyiv, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said in Moscow on Tuesday.
"No, we won't," Grushko said in response to Interfax's question.
