MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Russia is conducting military exercises on its own territory in line with a schedule which was drawn up in advance, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday.
"Concerning the exercises that Russia is conducting, I'll stress once again: it's conducting them on its own territory and in line with its own plans; they were started, are being conducted, and will be concluded as planned," Lavrov said following negotiations with OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau.
The exercises are being conducted "regardless of who thinks what, who goes into hysterics about this, and who engages in sheer informational terrorism and how," he said.
