Self-proclaimed LPR reports serviceman's death by Ukrainian sniper fire

LUHANSK. Feb 15 (Interfax) - A serviceman of the militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) has been killed by sniper fire of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the LPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

"Ukraine's armed units opened fire at the area of the populated locality of Goluboskoye from the area of the populated locality of Orekhovo at 3 p.m., a serviceman of the LPR militia was killed as a result," the LPR mission at the JCCC said.

According to it, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have not opened fire at the LPR's territory since January 27.
