MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Russia wants no war, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"With regard to whether or not we want it [a war in Europe]. Of course not! That is precisely why we proposed a negotiation process, which should result in an agreement to ensure equal security for all, including our country," Putin told a press conference after talks with the German chancellor in Moscow on Tuesday.
