MOSCOW. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The Western hysteria about the allegedly pending Russian invasion of Ukraine causes confusion, while the Western attempts to dictate Russian behavior are a sign of bad manners, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"As for your observation of the ongoing hysteria, of course, I should say that it not so much amuses us as causes confusion, profound incomprehension," Lavrov said at a press conference after Russian-Brazilian talks in the 2+2 format.
"No matter what we do in the national territory, the West believes it is entitled to tell us what to do. That's just bad manners," Lavrov said.
