MOSCOW. Feb 16 (Interfax) - Moscow is calling on the West to stop fanning anti-Russian hysteria and pouring weapons into Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

"We call on Western nations to stop stoking anti-Russian aggression - now Ukrainian aggression, actually. We call upon them to stop pouring weapons into Kyiv," Zakharova said at a briefing conference on Wednesday.

"These actions are negatively affecting both the Donbas conflict settlement and the general situation in the area of security and stability in Europe," she said.
