MOSCOW. Feb 17 (Interfax) - The Kremlin expects the West to warn Kyiv against further escalating tensions in Donbas, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"We hope our opponents from Western capitals, [including] from the United States and NATO, will exert their influence to warn the Kyiv authorities against further escalating tensions," Peskov told journalists on Thursday.
