LUHANSK. Feb 17 (Interfax) - Eight homes were affected by Ukrainian army attacks on the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) on Thursday, LPR militia spokesman Yan Leshchenko said.
"The damage done to three homes has been confirmed. Windows were smashed in another five homes," Leshchenko told reporters on Thursday.
He accused Kyiv of ignoring the ceasefire implementation mechanism of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC).
