DONETSK. Feb 18 (Interfax) - Two transformer substations have been damaged by attacks on the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.
"A ceasefire violation by the Ukrainian army deactivated a transformer substation supplying power to the Izotov Mine compound. An attack on Verkhnetoretske (south) damaged the 35KV Razdolna transformer substation," the mission said on Friday.
The incidents cut power supply to over 200 residents of Verkhnetoretske and Krasnyi Partizan.
Earlier, the DPR reported an over tenfold increase in the number of attacks.
