MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - Discussions on security guarantees are relevant to all countries, and no one's security can be ignored, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Details are needed here. It is clear that discussions on security guarantees are relevant to the security of all countries. It is this indivisible security that we have been speaking about," Peskov told reporters when commenting on the Ukrainian president's idea to draft a separate document with security guarantees for Ukraine.
"Therefore, when discussing common security, of course, one cannot ignore the security of individual countries. This is the principle that we advocate," he said.
