MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - The West has blown the Ukraine situation out of proportion in pursuit of selfish geopolitical interests, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a press conference with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias on Friday.
He said he noted Dendias' remark that the exacerbation of Greek-Turkish relations did not draw much attention and that someone "might take advantage of that."
"You obviously mean Ukraine. I think you should criticize your Western allies, considering that everyone is looking at a situation that has been blown out of proportion presumably to pursue selfish geopolitical interests," Lavrov said.
