LUHANSK. Feb 18 (Interfax) - A Ukrainian mortar attack damaged a residential building in Molochne in the unrecognized Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), the LPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) told Interfax.
"Windows and the roof of a residential building were damaged as the Ukrainian forces breached the ceasefire agreement and fired 82mm mortars at Molochne at 7:40 a.m.," the mission said.
