LUHANSK. Feb 18 (Interfax) - The situation on the contact line in Donbas on Friday is extremely tense, a representative from the people's militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) said.
"The situation on the line of contact has remained extremely tense since midnight," Ivan Filiponenko told journalists on Friday.
He accused Ukraine of continuing attempts to escalate the conflict and urged Western countries to "stop supplying Ukraine with lethal weapons and force the authorities in Kyiv to comply with the Minsk Package of Measures."
