LUHANSK. Feb 18 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Armed Forces have put together a strike force in Donbas and are planning to launch an offensive deep into the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic's (LPR) territory, LPR head Leonid Pasechnik said.
"The enemy has put together a formidable strike force now," Pasechnik said in a statement on Friday.
The LPR intelligence has found out that the Ukrainian army is "planning not only provocations along the line of contact, but also a deep breakthrough into our republic's territory," he said.
Pasechnik called on the LPR men capable of holding arms in their hands "to stand up in defense of our land."
