Netherlands to send weapons to Ukraine - PM Shmyhal

KYIV. Feb 18 (Interfax) - The Dutch government has decided to send a batch of defensive weapons to Ukraine, the country's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.

"I truly thank [Prime Minister] Mark Rutte and Dutch Government for the significant decision to provide Ukraine with defense weapons," Shmyhal wrote on Twitter on Friday.

Ukraine appreciates the Netherlands' contribution in bolstering Ukraine's and European security, he said.
