Missile strike on enterprises supplying Ukrainian Armed Forces with fuel, ammo delivered on Feb 16 - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. Feb 17 (Interfax) - Russian forces delivered a precision-guided missile strike on Ukrainian enterprises supplying the Ukrainian Armed Forces with fuel and ammunition on Thursday, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.

"On February 16, the Russian Armed Forced delivered a concentrated missile strike by long-range precision-guided air- and sea-launched weapons on enterprises supplying fuel and ammunition to the Ukrainian Armed Forces," Konashenkov said at a press briefing on Friday.

All the designated targets were hit, he said.

"The strike disrupted fuel supply to the groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and significantly reduced Ukraine's ability to produce explosives, gunpowder and solid rocket fuel," Konashenkov said.
