Roscosmos in talks with counterparts from Southeast Asia, seeking partners in Africa - CEO

MOSCOW. Feb 21 (Interfax) - Officials from the Russian state space corporation Roscosmos are conducting negotiations with Southeast Asian countries and are exploring options for cooperation with some African countries, Roscosmos CEO Yury Borisov said.

"We're looking for new partners. Meeting with our counterparts in Southeast Asia, in Asia. I hope we'll find partners in Africa," Borisov said in an interview shown on the Rossiya-24 (VGTRK) TV channel on Tuesday.

Speaking on August 15, 2022, Borisov said countries of the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America were interested in pursuing space cooperation with Russia.
