MOSCOW. Feb 21 (Interfax) - It's impossible to fight Russia while trying to establish a strategic stability dialogue with it at the same time, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday.
"The United States has got what it deserved for its dumb anti-Russian policy, i.e., suspending of the New START. You can't fight against Russia while making it seem, that with the strategic stability issues it's business as usual," Medvedev said on Twitter.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced earlier on Tuesday that Russia suspended its participation in New START.
