Kremlin concerned about situation in Transdniestria - Peskov

MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - The Kremlin is concerned about the situation in Transdniestria, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"The situation in Transdniestria is a subject of our close attention and a matter of our concern. The situation is not calm, and it's been provoked from the outside," Peskov told journalists on Monday.

"We know how our opponents both in the Ukrainian regime, the Kiev regime, and in European countries are capable of various kinds of provocations," he said.
