MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko communicate quite often, but not every conversation of theirs becomes public, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"The presidents communicate quite often, but far from every conversation of theirs is reported by us. Indeed, they maintain rather substantive, busy dialogue on a permanent basis. That's all I can say," Peskov told reporters on Monday in response to a request for comment on the phone call the two presidents had on February 25.
