ASTANA. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan's Defense Ministry on Monday denied reports that Kazakh military hardware has allegedly been sent to Ukraine.
"The information being circulated on social media that Kazakh military hardware has allegedly been dispatched to Ukraine is not true. The video is from the archive, as armored hardware was sent for routine maintenance, and this military hardware is currently in storage," the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Kazakhstan banned the export of weapons and military hardware on August 27, 2022, the ministry said.
