MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - The Baltic Fleet's small missile ships Odintsovo, Zelyony Dol and Sovetsk) and the Dimitrovgrad missile boat drilled a battle with naval strike groups of a mock enemy, the Fleet's press service said on Monday.
"The ships forming strike groups will practice detecting a mock enemy squadron and conducting joint electronic launches of missiles. During the mock missile firing the ships will carry out real combat exercises with passive-jamming systems to evade enemy anti-ship missiles," it said.
The ships and boats will also train firing artillery against naval and air targets and practice joint maneuvering, communication and anti-diversionary defense in an unprotected roadstead, the Fleet's press service said.
