Drone attacks Golovchino village administration in Russia's Belgorod region, roof catches fire - governor

BELGOROD. May 22 (Interfax) - The village administration building in Golovchino, Russia's Belgorod region, caught fire after a drone attack, Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

"There has been an emergency in the Graivoron urban district. [...] A quadcopter dropped an explosive device on the village administration building in Golovchino. The roof caught fire. According to the preliminary information, there are no casualties," Gladkov said on Telegram.

Border territories of the Belgorod region have sporadically come under attack from Ukraine since February 24, 2022. The yellow (high) level of terrorist alert has been declared in the Belgorod region. A state of emergency is in effect in 15 settlements along the border.
