Rosoboronexport honors its obligations to partners, no unilateral changes made to contracts - company head

ST. PETERSBURG. July 27 (Interfax) - Rosoboronexport continues to fulfill its contractual obligations, and no unilateral changes have been introduced into its contracts, company head Alexander Mikheyev said.

"We continue to fulfill our contractual obligations with partners. Any changes to the contracts are the subject of a mutual decision. Rosoboronexport is not entitled to unilaterally change the obligations it assumed earlier," Mikheyev told Interfax on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa 2023 summit.

However, the top priority of the Russian defense industry today is to meet the needs of the domestic market and to maintain the defense capabilities of the Russian Armed Forces, he said.
