MOSCOW. Aug 15 (Interfax) - NATO member countries are continuing to enhance their military potential and are trying to shift military confrontation to outer space and the information space, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"The NATO member countries continue to build up and upgrade their offensive potential. They are making attempts to move military confrontation to outer space and to the information space and to use military and non-military methods of pressure," Putin said on Tuesday in a video address to the participants in the Moscow Conference on International Security.
"All this is happening against the backdrop of the collapse of the arms control system," he said.
