Talks with Erdogan to boost Russian-Turkish partnership in all areas - Putin

SOCHI. Sept 4 (Interfax) - The talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan were substantive and productive and will help foster the Russian-Turkish relationship, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"And in conclusion I would like to express, once again, my gratitude to the president of Turkey, Mr. Erdogan, for the joint work, for the substantive and productive dialogue. No doubt, today's talks will serve for the further development of Russian-Turkish partnership in all areas," Putin said after the talks with Erdogan in Sochi on Monday.

"The synchronization of watches on these and other regional topics was quite useful," he said.
