MOSCOW. Sept 22 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has wished his Turkmen counterpart Serdar Berdimuhamedov happy birthday in a phone call, the Kremlin press service said on Friday.
"The mutual aspiration to continue the comprehensive development of Russian-Turkmen relations in the spirit of enhanced strategic partnership was reaffirmed," the press service said.
Putin sent a congratulatory telegram to Berdimuhamedov earlier.
