MOSCOW. Sept 28 (Interfax) - A Ukrainian fixed-wing drone was neutralized in Russia's Bryansk region on Thursday morning, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"Air defense forces on duty have intercepted a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle over the Bryansk region," the ministry said.
A Ukrainian drone has been intercepted on the approach to Bryansk, governor of the Russian Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz said for his part.
"Ukrainian terrorists have tried to mount an UAV attack. The fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle was jammed by ECM systems on the approach to the city of Bryansk. There are no casualties or damage," Bogomaz said on Telegram on Thursday.
Emergency services are working at the scene, he said.
