SIRIUS FEDERAL TERRITORY. March 4 (Interfax) - Talks are possible only with new Ukrainian leaders who recognize the reality on the ground, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said.
"Everyone is perfectly aware that we will never abandon our lands. So, negotiations with certain new people are possible, in my opinion, when they recognize the reality created on the ground as a result of the actions of our brave Armed Forces," Medvedev said at the Knowledge.First Enlightenment Marathon, organized as part of the World Youth Festival.
