ROSTOV-ON-DON. April 8 (Interfax) - Thirteen residential houses have been damaged in a Ukrainian army attack on the town of Stakhanov in the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), three civilians have been injured, head of the local administration Sergei Zhevlakov said.
"Three injured civilians are in the hospital. Doctors asses their condition as medium to severe," Zhevlakov said on his Telegram channel.
A two-story apartment building was also badly damaged in the attack, which destroyed an entire entranceway, he said. "The glazing and roofing in another 12 apartment buildings were partially damaged," Zhevlakov said. Several windows of the children's art school building were also damaged.
