MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Oleg Savelyev and Pavel Fradkov deputy defense ministers.
Savelyev will also head the Defense Ministry's executive office, the presidential decree, published on the official website of legal information, said.
