Russia's United Engine Corporation to showcase new marine gas turbine engines at Fleet 2024 exhibition

MOSCOW. June 18 (Interfax) - The United Engine Corporation (UEC), part of the Rostec state corporation, will demonstrate gas turbine engines at the Fleet 2024 international maritime defense show, the corporation's press service said in a statement.

"UEC representatives will hold meetings and talks with partners to discuss the delivery of serial and prospective products, repairs of marine gas turbine engines, and promotion on foreign markets," the press service said.

The UEC will display mockups of the M90FR marine gas turbine engine and the M-70FRU gas turbine engine among other products, it said.

"The UEC product line includes marine gas turbine engines with a capacity of four to 20 MW, marine gas turbines and diesel-gas turbines, and marine gas turbine electric generators. The marine engines and units developed and manufactured by UEC meet the medium-term needs of the fleet's ships and vessels in operation, under construction, and planned to be built," the press service said.

The international maritime defense show will take place in Kronstadt in the Leningrad region on June 18-21, 2024.
