PYONGYANG. June 19 (Interfax) - Negotiations with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un were substantive and touched on numerous matters, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We had substantive negotiations on the full range of our practical interaction today," Putin said following the talks.
He emphasized the conclusion of the new treaty on comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and North Korea.
