Boiler facility worker killed by falling drone debris in Russia's Krasnodar - governor

KRASNODAR. June 21 (Interfax) - A worker of a boiler facility in the Russian city of Krasnodar died hit by debris from a downed Ukrainian drone, Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said.

"One of the workers of a damaged boiler house in Krasnodar died as a result of the crash of drone debris. I have ordered the Krasnodar mayor to provide all necessary assistance and support to the victim's family," Kondratyev said on his Telegram channel.

A large number of Ukrainian drones attacked several Krasnodar Territory municipalities overnight, including the Temryuk, Yeisk and Severskaya districts.

Four people were injured in the drone attack, the region's operational headquarters said.

"Damage to the Yuzhny bus terminal building and a boiler facility in Krasnodar was recorded following a large-scale drone attack on the region overnight into June 21. According to preliminary reports, four people were injured by falling debris from fixed-wing drones," it said.
