KUBINKA, Moscow region. Aug 12 (Interfax) - Russia is ready to develop a system of equal, indivisible security and to work together with foreign partners on a new, fairer world, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his greetings to Army 2024 forum participants.
The forum attracts attention of specialists from numerous countries, Putin said.
"We appreciate and support their interest, value our partnerships, and are ready to develop them and to work together on equal, indivisible security and a new, fairer multipolar world order. We see that our aspiration for constructive cooperation is in demand and receives a sincere, lively response," he said.
Dozens of states have sent representative delegations to the forum, more than 120 companies are due to attend, and a number of foreign expositions will be displayed at the Army 2024 grounds, Putin said.
"Such a broad, truly international scope, mutual openness to dialogue and a packed business program is in the best traditions of this forum," he said.
No doubt, the Russian Defense Ministry and defense plants will sign advantageous contracts, and the security cooperation with friendly states will become even more effective thanks to the Army forum, Putin said.
"The intensive, substantive program of our Army 2024 forum aims precisely at the professional target audience. I have no doubt that the forum will strengthen and build new promising relationships, and mutually advantageous contracts will be signed between the Defense Ministry and enterprises of the Russian defense sector. The interaction with our close, friendly states in security and protection of national interests will become even more effective," Putin said.
