Three suspected Crocus City Hall assailants charged with alignment with terrorist group - Russian court

MOSCOW. Aug 16 (Interfax) - Investigators have brought additional charges, including alignment with a terrorist organization, against three suspected perpetrators of the terror attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue in the Moscow region, court information said.

Under the ruling by Judge Yevgeniya Nikolayeva, which extended the arrest of Mukhammadsobir Faizov, Shamsidin Fariduni and Murodali Rachabalizoda, all three defendants are charged with alignment with a terrorist organization, terrorist training, and illegal possession of weapons, in addition to conspiracy to commit the fatal terror attack.

The charge against another defendant, suspected attack perpetrator Dalerjon Mirzoyev remains unchanged. He has been charged only with committing a terror attack.
