MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has declined to comment on claims by United States officials that around 10,000 North Korean soldiers might currently be staying in Russia, noting that those U.S. officials have admitted themselves that they have no definitive evidence proving this.
"I won't say anything on this account, because all U.S. representatives speaking about that always add to those assertions that the American side doesn't have definitive information confirming this," Pskov said in reply to questions from reporters on Tuesday.
"These are not our words, but these are words by U.S. representatives who speak about that," Peskov said.
