MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's Ilyushin Il-76 plane has brought 89 Russian citizens from Beirut to Moscow, the ministry's press service said on Thursday.
"A special plane of the Emergency Situations Ministry carrying a group of Russians and their family members from Lebanon has landed at Domodedovo Airport. As many as 89 of our compatriots, including 34 children, have arrived in Russia," the statement said.
The humanitarian operation is being carried out with the involvement of experts from the Russian Foreign Ministry.
