MOSCOW. Dec 16 (Interfax) - A channel of communication between Russian and U.S. intelligence agencies is active, Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service director Sergei Naryshkin said on Saturday.
"The communication channel is there," Naryshkin told journalists in Moscow when asked if contact currently exists with the United States regarding prisoner exchange.
