MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - The U.S. administration's decision to stop financing a number of media outlets is that country's internal affair and does not really concern Russia, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"In fact, those media outlets can hardly be listed as popular and sought-for in the Russian Federation, and therefore, this doesn't really concern us. But that's the U.S. administration's internal decision," Peskov told journalists when asked to comment on the U.S. administration's decision to stop financing Radio Liberty and the Voice of America, designated as foreign agents in Russia, which could lead to their closure.
"Those are exclusively propagandistic media outlets, and therefore, that's the United States' internal and sovereign affair," he said.
