Russian negotiating delegation arrives in consulate in Istanbul, where its head Medinsky expected to make statement

ISTANBUL. May 15 (Interfax) - The Russian delegation for negotiations with Ukraine has arrived at the Russian consulate general in Istanbul, where its head, presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, is expected to make a statement, an Interfax correspondent reported.

The delegation arrived at the consulate at around 5:20 p.m., he said.
