Trump says after call with Putin he informed Zelensky, European leaders about plans for future Russia-Ukraine talks

WASHINGTON. May 19 (Interfax) - U.S. President Donald Trump has said that after his Monday's phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin that he informed Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and European leaders about plans to settle the conflict in Ukraine.

"I have so informed President Vladimir Zelensky of Ukraine, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, President Emmanuel Macron, of France, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, of Italy, Chancellor Friedrich Merz, of Germany, and President Alexander Stubb, of Finland, during a call with me, immediately after the call with President Putin," Trump said on Truth Social.
