MOSCOW. April 16 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will meet in May to discuss the drafting of a new treaty on the reduction of strategic offensive armaments, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko told a Thursday press briefing.
"It is planned to discuss the work on a new treaty next month, in May, at the negotiations of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his American colleague Hillary Clinton," he said.
"The negotiators will report their progress during the Moscow visit of U.S. President Barack Obama in July," Nesterenko said.
