MOSCOW. March 31 (Interfax-AVN) - Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces Minister Raul Castro will lead his country's delegation at negotiations in Moscow in the second half of May, a source in the executive branch of power told Interfax.
Castro's visit to Moscow will come at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov, the source said.
The agenda for the visit of Castro, who is also first vice-president of Cuba's Council of State, will include meetings with Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov and other senior officials, he said.
"Issues of business cooperation will be at the center of the upcoming inter-governmental talks," the source said.
Raul Castro is Cuban leader Fidel Castro's younger brother.
